Throughout life, we all have to weather a few storms and go on our own journey, some of which can be rougher than others and leaves us with a negative attitude towards ourselves. Negative expectations lead to negative results
What we expect determines how hard we try, how long we try for, and whether we try in the first place! Negativity blinds us to opportunities and changes what could be a positive to a negative. Like any bias, negative thinking influences not just how we respond to life, but also what happens to us in life (within reason). Whether we have good or bad expectations can even affect our physical health.
What is Self-Esteem?
Self-esteem is your measure of how you think and feel about yourself in relation to other people. If you always imagine other people are 'better' than you, you’ll likely lack confidence, feel anxious, and generally think negatively. This is unfair - to you! It means that you can't really give of your best and may find life more of a struggle than it needs be.
Do you find yourself saying “I can't do that”, “I'm no good at this”, “It's my fault”? because that's what low self-esteem sounds like.
How about “I'm unworthy”, “I'm unlikeable”, “I'm useless”? Because that's what low self-esteem feels like to many.

Here's how your hypnotherapy course will work
Once you have purchased your hypnotherapy courses, you will be sent a link via email or you can access your videos by logging into my account.
Get yourself comfortable, turn off all mobile devices, radio and other distractions. You must set yourself quiet time.
We recommend you lay a sofa or a bed or sit still on an armchair. Use a speaker rather than headphones as they may distract you from the session.
- You will be lead into a deeply relaxed state
- The hypnotherapist will go through the session
- Towards the end of the session, you will be gradually brought out of the trance
