Bereavement and loss hypnotherapy

Coping with Bereavement

Are you finding it difficult to cope with the loss of someone important to you?

The grief we all experience, when we lose someone important to us, is a natural process, but this doesn't make it any easier to deal with.

When you lose someone, the feeling of grief can be hard to live with for however long it takes to come to terms with.

You may find that everything reminds you of them and, more painfully, that they are no longer around. It can feel as though you'll never be able to deal with your grief and move on with your life, and this where many of us need help to keep our grieving under control.

Grieving for someone you cared about and loved is not a bad thing, but when the process of grief continues for months without reducing in intensity, it may be time to help yourself before it has a negative impact on both your physical and mental health.

The person you are grieving for will always be with you, but you do need to continue to live and find enjoyment in your own life, as they would have wanted you to do.

Begin to heal your heart

A helpful way of dealing with grief is to organise the process, so you can have more choice about how and when you grieve.

This helps to stop sad thoughts, feelings, and recollections from constantly interrupting your day to day life. It allows your grieving to be more concentrated and focused, but less intense and disturbing.

To remember someone is a true sign of appreciation and respect, and to continue truly living your life can be an act of respectful remembrance.

Dealing with Bereavement is a 1-hour hypnosis session that will help you find a healthy way to grieve, so you can move past the pain and remember your loved one in a healthy positive way.

As you relax and listen to your session, you'll notice that:

  • The intensity of your grief begins to ease.
  • You can move past unhelpful and damaging thought patterns.
  • You feel more positive about your future.
  • You begin to process your feelings in a healthy, respectful way that allows you to heal from the loss.

So why wait? No situation will improve until you take the steps to make life better, so do something positive today and invest an hour in yourself.

Here's how your hypnotherapy course will work

Once you’ve purchased your hypnotherapy courses, you’ll be sent a link via email or you can access your videos by logging into “my account” located on the menu bar.

Get yourself comfortable and make sure you won’t be disturbed. Turn off all mobile devices, radio and other distractions where possible. It’s important to set aside 1 hour of quiet time, this will allow you to immerse yourself into the session.

For maximum relaxation, we recommend you find somewhere quiet to lay down, but if you would rather sit in an armchair, it’s important to make sure your head and neck are properly supported.

Please try to use a speaker wherever possible rather than headphones, as these may distract you from the session if they become uncomfortable.
